Razor Blackwidow V3 Not Working

Keyboard stopped working after a few months and when i plug it up to my computer and click on the keybinds the entire keyboard does like a green ripple.

    Does it make any difference if the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If both workarounds didn’t work, then you can drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can check my resources for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
