Hi guys



I currently own a razor blade 15 advanced that I purchased in July it has 360hz screen and has screen flickering issues and audio buzzing when recording or streaming I have been in communication with razor for just over 4 weeks now they have acknowledged there is an issue as they got me to send videos etc and have said that they are looking into it, they have got me to do a lot of different things to try and fix these issues from complete system recoveries to even just asking me to restart my laptop.



Nothing has worked and they have stopped trying to assist me in this matter I have now sent 3 emails over the last 6 days but they have not replied.



My issue is not an isolated one as I will post some URLs at the bottom of this post for you to check out there are many people with the same problems.



The last forum post I created was completely skipped by moderators on this forum a few days ago as I was monitoring it and they were replying to other posts but left mine to disappear. Can I please get some help here? What can I do? Can someone help me?



Do any other Razor owners know what I can do, do they have a phone number?

Please can I get a moderators attention!
I got exactly the same issue... Each time i'm switching to full 360hz mode and launching Apex Legends, it's going mad flickering.. Reinstalled all drivers, checked everything.. still the same issue

Yes you will need to play in in windowless border mode at 320hz and that should work for you they are ignoring me idk why even this post has been ignored.
Did you try to contact them via the chat support?

The windowless ? Like not full screen then? How do you limit to 320hz? Srry for all questions, just went pc for the first time, discovering a bit everything 🙂 hope they will get back to you very soon

Open apex and go to setting and switch from fullscreen to windowless border mode.



Go to nividia control panel and then customise and create a 320hz resolution that is the maximum it will let you go to without flickers.



Yes i have been in email contact with them for 4 weeks and then 6 days ago they stopped replying I also called them 3 days ago and they said i would get an email that day but as i said that was 3 days ago and no moderators will even comment on this post either they have gone quiet.
