Razor Central/Synapse Glitches/Bugs?

Hello, so when I first purchased my keyboard about a week ago everything worked with Synapse Chroma etc. Then one day it logged me out of Synapse and my macros, lighting effects etc no longer work without me logged in. So when I click log in to get started (https://gyazo.com/86a5f1526ca9873698e685423e4eddd6) I log in like normally. Then it gives me all my log in settings I can change etc. Then after about 1 minute of being logged in, it logs me out and I need to type my password and everything again even though the box that says keep me logged in is checked. But you'd assume that within that 1 minute I could access Synapse but I still can't as I need to log into Razor Central before I can access there. Has anyone heard of this issue and know any fixes to it? This may sound confusing, if you need more information or clarification please don't hesitate to ask.
