I plugged in my razor charging stand the way instructed and put the battery pack and cover in and on my controller the way instructed but the light stays orange. I left the controller charging over night and the light was flashing orange. The instructional booklet does not say anything about that. The controller is also reading at about 75% charged.

To isolate the problem, please try the steps below:
1. Ensure the rechargeable battery is placed in the correct orientation.
2. Ensure the USB charging cable is plugged into a powered USB-A port.
3. Make sure the controller is sitting on the charging stand properly with the charging contacts aligned.
