razor controller setup app

When ever I try to remap my controller the app refuses to allow me to do so it’s been like this for weeks and I have seen other people complain about it be I am yet to see/hear you do anything about it, at this point i will have to get a different branded controller that works and is able to do the simple demands I want from a controller

Razer is aware of this issue, and our Development Team is investigating it. There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the fix just yet, but updates will be posted in the controller's firmware section on its support.razer.com page or sent through the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
