Razor Cynosa V2 Keyboard Macro NOT recognizing my Keyboard device | Razer Insider

Hello Community,



So I'm accustomed to using Razer products; however, I recently bought two new Razor Cynosa V2 Keyboards and I can NOT get the macros to identify/recognize my keyboard device, nor can I get the macro option to "play continuously"... I am currently using Windows 10 and I am not sure what is going on.



Any suggestions would be welcomed!
