Razor Electra V2 USB works only Mono

Hi all,

I hope that you can help me.
I spend several hours in google and trying different stuff to solve this problem.
I have bought Razor Electra V2 USB and my Windows 10 64 recognizes them as Speaker not Headset.
Windows installs default driver DA40 adapter which is for speaker and it plays only as canter speaker and I don't have left or right channel. Both earphones are working but both play at the same time. There is no problem with the mic.

And Razer synapse don't recognizes the headset. When I switch the default device to Razer surround audio controller the sound switches from the laptop speakers.

I have tried:
1.Uninstalling the driver and updating ( both ways it pops again as DA40)
2.Uninstalling Synapse and installing it again. ( I have tried v2 and v3)
3.Switching my default device in Sounds
4. Troubleshoot by Windows
5. I have tried the headphones on my girlfriend PC and again it shows as DA40
6. Updating the Firmware of the headphones but the updater does not recognize them as connected. ( Electra V2 USB_Headset_FirmwareUpdater_v14_r2)

I will be grateful to you if you can help me solve this issue.

Have a nice day!

BR,
Dimitar
