I loaded $5 for Bigo live on my Razor Gold account. The transaction was successful but the pin doesn't work when I try it in Bigo Live. I asked for help from you but the response was I needed to talk to Bigo admin. They were unable to resolve the issue. Please refund me the amount so I can use it elsewhere. Thank you 🙏
