My razor blackshark V2 wireless transmitter USB was unfortunately broken, i bought a replacement but cannot for the life of me get it to connect to the new transmitter. connects to my phone VIA Bluetooth easily but new transmitter isnt working. Have tried all methods of connection including razer nari as well as deleting razer synapse and redownloading. Worked on this since 7PM and its now 10PM. It should NOT be this hard to connect a new transmitter to these headphones.
+1You can try contacting Razer Support for replacement dongle, as it’s not available on their website as a spare part: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/
Also be aware, that Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 version dongle is not compatible with 2023 version.
