Have had this headset for a little over 6mo now, everything has been fine until today. I turn on the header and it says pairing.  (I'm using a PS5) It does not connect and nothing has changed, no ps5 updates have happened.  It sees it fine in the Bluetooth menu but when i do to connect that way I get error "the passkey might not be correct, or your Bluetooth accessory might have canceled the connection". I have rebooted the system and still get the same error.

Hey ​@Nuknfutz69,

Can you test the headset on your computer and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
