Razor Kishi not connecting

Right out of the box, I tried connecting it to a S22 ultra, as it fit, but, after fitting, it did nothing, pass through charging didn't work, kishi app never connected to it, and I'm not sure what to do, was this one just a defect? Or is there something I'm missing

Did you already try to update its firmware? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. PM me the serial number should the issue persists so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you with the pass-through charging problem. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
