Just bought a new Razor Kishi for my son plugged it into my IPhone 11 phone and nothing happens. The screen shows that it is connected but it will not launch…what am I doing wrong?

      Are you referring to the Razer Kishi app that wouldn't launch? Make sure the cable is plugged in securely and the application that you're using has a controller support badge.
