Razor Kishi Xbox button not bring up guide

I just got my Razor Kishi and when I hit the Xbox button it takes me back to my phones screen instead of being up my guide button. I have to reconnect when this happens. Sometimes when I reconnect the guide will be up. But it ruins it having to reconnect. I have a Samsung S20+. My app is up to date. I've rebooted my phone. And I've loaded the app and the Kishi is up todate. Any ideas?
