Hey, My razor kiyo has started glitching and now will not work as it used to. i switched the usb plugs and still nothing, the ring light camera is on but my computer doesnt read it and razor app doesnt read the camera either. ive tried multiple “solutions” but nothing works. I dont have anything open for the camera to be on and then the light ring comes on but doesnt even read it. I would like to know whats up ive had this camera for around 6 months hoping it would last me longer. IF anyone has or knows about this situation please help me out. THANKS

Howdy,
Try to update its firmware. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your Kiyo’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
