razor naga chroma wireless mouse side buttons

So I have used razor naga mice for MMOs for years. Just got the wireless chroma with the 3 plates. I only use the 12 button one. I have the buttons programmed to the numpad 1-6, everything worked for weeks. Today the mouse buttons 1-6 will only do specific things now like, 1= page up, and 4 is page down. Insid the software the profile is still set to numpad. I have no idea what is going on but I need to get this fixed lol. Edit: I can change them to anything else and it will work just fine. But using them as numpad numbers does not work at all.

    Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Does the same behavior happen while you are logged in as a guest user account? Try resetting the mouse from the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the app and selecting "Reset" from its side options. Let me know if it helps.
