I purchased my Razor opus X a few months back and used them with care and have noticed crack on both side of headband adjustors in last month. I tired to fix them and minimise the cracks by using glue but no good they still pop up and grew big. I am still in my warranty period what shall I do and how shall I claim my warranty. Plz help me they a cost alot.
Just now mine got a crack on the side headband adjustors. What should I do?
Its been 4months only since i bought it.
I bought it 1 months ago it got also broke can we get warranty? We have pay for part ?
although the guys changed this product, it broke again, I don't want to deal with the shipping process, what do you think I should do, should I send it again or should I continue?
gentlemen, I found out why it breaks, when we increase the size of the headset, cracks form at first and then the cracks expand, try it and see if you like it.
I have the same crack. Smh.
I have the same cracks. I sent it to different technical service 2 times. They all say user error. No these plastics production error. Even the form of breakage is the same. Since my head was small, he started to crack at the end of 1 year. Those with great heads start to crack in a few months.
