Razor Pro Type ultra not pairing bluetooth

I cannot pair my type pro ultra.  I hold Fn+1 (or 2/3) to try and have it appear on my bluetooth list for my pc to pair and I cannot get any profile to light up on the C, 1, S lights.  I only continue to have a blinking C light.  It had worked fine for a while, I paired to another PC then tried to pair back to my original PC and it refuses to work.

**Edit**

Problem was solved by updating the firmware for anyone else having this issue out there. (probably should have tried that first before posting in the first place.)

Is there any way to fix this issue without WiFi? I don’t have WiFi access at home and I really don’t want to have to take a whole bus trip to the library just to update my keyboard haha

You need to update the firmware of your keyboard here:
https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6217/

After this, pressing FN+ESC will disable / enable multimedia mode :)

Then also find the USB dongle from the back of your keyboard, plug it into your PC to use wireless!

You might need to uninstall razer synapse and reboot, reinstall again, reboot again. to find your keyboard!

Hello everyone :)

Bump, this just started happened to me. Pretty please assist?

I use 3 computers daily and my PTU's bluetooth profiles is paired to each one. Today they suddenly all started to not connect, have restarted all 3 computers 1 by 1 and ensure BT function works for all other devices, yep the PCs side are fine).

I attempted to re-pair (holding Fn +1 or 2 or 3, wait for slower blinking) every one but half the time it was no go.

Symptoms are

a) Win BT dialogue would flicker between "connected" and "paired" but the KB never works.

b) Otherwise it will pair successfully and stay "connected", but the C-1-S lights would still blink constantly, I can use the keyboard for 2 minutes then it goes to symptom a) again. As soon as I switch to a different profile, that connection won't work again.

Have tried factory resetting on the 1 PC that has Synpase, no fix.

Re-done the latest firmware 1.03 which was already loaded, surprised that it went through. No fix.

Held reset hole button for almost half a minute. No fix.

Going to try to drain the battery and let it sit for a while, works fine over usb dongle.

2 weeks past the 2 year warranty :( sigh…

I'm starting to think the Pro line had major firmware issues, I've also had 2x Pro Click Minis with Bluetooth refusing to get into pairing mode.

Might anyone have an older firmware file and know the method to force a downgrade?

Any pointers dearly appreciated, thank you.
