Razor Ripsaw using OBS with Nintendo Switch & Animal crossing

Has anyone experienced a "freak out" of the graphics while streaming Animal Crossing with the Ripsaw? I don't really know if it's a Razor issue or another issue but figured I'd start here. It only seems to appear in certain areas, maybe it's a color scheme thing or something but I can't seem to track it down. It will glitch out really bad to the point you can't see what your looking at, but then I just have to move my character and it goes back to normal.
