Razor RZ09-0102 battery won't charge

I have a Razor RZ09-01021102 that dies, even if the ac adapter is plugged in, and every time it is restarted the battery goes to 0%. It looks like this is a 2013 model and I received it from a friend so of course this is not under any sort of warranty anymore.

    This means that the battery is no longer capable of holding a charge. I'm not entirely sure if we still have replacement battery packs for that variant. But please send me the serial number so I can verify. I can also submit a repair ticket if one is available. That said, you will be subject to diagnostic and repair fees. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
