Razor Synapse wont detect any products? But still work fine


Hey all, I'm currently trying to connect my Razor mouse pad and Microphone to Razor Synapse but for whatever reason I can't get it to pick up the devices even though they work perfectly fine. I've tried uninstalling the drives and reinstalling. Anyone have any ideas?

Please check for any duplicate driver of your mouse driver in the Windows device manager. Please check it in the highlighted sections below: If there's any, retain the mouse driver in the mice and other pointing device section only. Else, perform the step on this link. Let me know if it helps.
