Razor USB Sound Card makes popping noises when streaming on Discord

aluumi

I have a Blackshark V2 headset and my razor usb sound card makes a popping noise that is very annoying to others when I am streaming at any point. I have already went through Discord to see if it was a them issue, but it wasn’t. I found a solution from unplugging the usb and plugging in the jack itself, but I really enjoy the enhanced sound and customization of audio. Any fixes?

I already updated my firmware and the apps associated with it as well!

I have the exact same problem, but for me it’s when I record my Valorant gameplay using OBS… the clicking doesn’t happen during gameplay, but shows up in the recording afterwards. Makes the recording completely useless, as the popping/clicking is very annoying. And the same as the OP, the prob goes away if I just plug in using the 3.5 jack but the sound sucks compared to the usb card.

Same for me. Whenever an application tries to record audio, the audio is always followed by weird static popping noises. This only happens using the usb sound card, no matter what settings i change.

I had a same problem, and only this thing in speacker prop helped me. It was able and my streams on discord has same problem, but also i had problem with Spotify. When I listened to any song it always was max loudly, without any dependency of volume slider in app. This solution also helped with this problem.
