razor viper ultimate lights won't turn off

Like the title says my razor viper ultimate will not turn off lights even when I turn the power switch on the bottom to off. I cannot use the mouse when it is off, but the lights are still on. What should I do?

same problem here, and if you look from a distance, you can see the tracking laser is still active,  essentially draining the battery.

it’s been 5 month with no reply for fix? mine recently does the same too.
