I bought a Razer Viper Ultimate (i think) just under a year ago. It was really well until it randomly stopped working, when i tried using it wired, it worked. i tried in all usb ports in my pc and tried restarting and updating. i uninstalled drivers and reinstalled, it says it pairing successful sometimes and pairing failed sometimes, ive tried on other devices and i dont know what to do. Is there any chance i can get a replacement?
It just wont work with wireless and the light showing dpi turns off when i cover the sensor.
