I have had this mouse second hand for a year or 2. Today I went to connect it to my pc. When i plug in the dongle it makes the connection sound. But my mouse is showing so signs off life. It hasnt flashed once. I have tried numerous usb ports and even charged from the wall. Along with other computers. Ive held down the power button for 5 minutes straight. In razor synapse it pops up when i put in the dongle but just shows “device is switched off” any ideas???

Razor viper v2 pro appears in synapse as "device is switched off" and shows no signs off life.
+1Probably mouse dead if it’s not working correctly when cable plugged it. I’d try to test a different USB cable (data capable).
Dongle is working correctly, that’s why it’s showing mouse in Synapse as powered off.
