I bought it some time ago and the problems were there from the start 

The first issue is that if im inactive for 10 minutes the controller shuts down and theres nothing i can do about it i looked through every Settings option on both my ps5 and my razor app but found nothing

The second is that the controller even though its charged will sometimes for no reason shut down and wont let me turn it back on at all
