Razor Wolverine V3 Pro not connecting to Xbox

I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for just over a month. However, today it stopped connecting to my Xbox Series X via the wireless dongle.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in.

  2. Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices.

  3. Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck.

  4. Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work.

  5. Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, but Razer Synapse doesn’t recognize the device, so I’m unable to update the firmware.

The controller does power on and the Xbox button lights up red, which matches the profile I set in the Razer Xbox app.

At this point, I’m reaching out for assistance.

Thanks in advance!
