Razor X chroma OSX 10.15.1 and imac 2019 i9

Hi I have connected brand new RazorX chroma to my MBP 10.15.1 ( Catalina ) with Gigabyte Radeon Vega56 and the computer totally ignores that razor and the graphic card. Is there a specific driver I need to make the mac "See" the box? I have connected the Thunderbol3 cable to all the MacBookPro Ports and nothing. Regards Ronen
