Razorblade 15 Base Screen Noise Issue (Hardware)

The screen on my 1.5 year old RB has developed a fault whereby there is noise on the screen. The noise gets worse is certain areas. I'm certain this is a hardware fault as it can be seen in bootup and other OS's. So I need a new screen? Thanks in advance and if you need any more info please let me know.
