Razr Naga V2 button functions not working on cable

I created a default and alternate profile, both with hypershift functions, both saved to my onboard memory. When I plugged my Razr Naga V2 directly into my work desktop computer, only some of the buttons functioned (ex, hypershift + 4 and hypershift + 5). The hypershift + left click (double-click for me), or the normal “12” button function (enter) did not work, even after switching the profile button. I have noticed that most times, the hypershift click (double click) function never works when I bring my mouse to other desktops. Not sure if
