Razver Viper V2 Pro Dongle won't be recognized by Windows | Annoying buzzing sound

One day my dongle stopped working with polling adapter, since then I've plugged the dongle in my USB-Port straight to the PC. Suddenly (today) windows just stopped recognizing my dongle whatsoever and I've tried already every USB-Port available (every USB-Port is working fine with).

Another issue I'm having for a long time now. Every time I'm moving my mouse, it doesn't matter where or what is open on my device, it makes an silent buzzing sound. When listening to music or anything  actually it kinda doesn't matter, because it gets drown out by anything else, but it still is confusing me what makes the buzzing sound and is there even a way to fix that.

Viper V2 Pro is basically not supported by Razer anymore, thats why the Viper V3 Pro is out which replaces it but is still being plagued with issues. I would personally pick up a DeathAdder V3 Pro to replace your Viper V2 Pro (which I did becuz white ones are avail now in shops here)
