rbg issuses, staying lit

I'm having a problem with my blackwidow keyboard. The LEDs of some keys (C, alt, page down) remain lit, with low light, even when the total brightness of the keyboard is set to off. The number of keys that remain lit is increasing, even tho i never light up the keyboard. Even if I try to set a new light profile, the keys continue to remain lit with their color (for example ‘’alt’’ remains red). I tried connecting the keyboard to another computer, resetting it, updating the firmware but nothing works. any suggestions? (they keyboard never recived any sort of demage, never has been spilled any drinks on it)

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. You can try cleaning it, here’s a video clip on how to. If the same issue persists, then you can drop me a PM and include a copy of your proof of purchase so I can validate your device’s warranty. You can upload a it to any hosting site like Imgur or Google Drive and just send me the shareable link.
