RBS 13 - Mercury White Max TDP only showing 15 Watts instead of 25 Watts

Just received my blade stealth yesterday and installed and run cpu-z in the machine. CPU-Z is reporting that the max tdp for the cpu is 15 Watts according to the website this RBS should have a 25 Watt cpu. Is there something wrong with my unit?
