Recording problem - Razer BlackShark V2

Good morning,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from Amazon. However, when I tried to register the product, it says the serial number is already registered. "This product is already registered. If you have not registered it, please contact Razer Support."I would like help deregistering this product so I can enable 7.1 surround sound and use all of its features. Please help me resolve this issue.
