Recovering invoice

Hi, my laptop has water damage. i need my invoice for the insurance company. I bought the laptop online via Razerstore, but now i can’t find my invoice or order anymore… how can i recover my invoice?

    Just go to your orders (click on cart → orders) → view order and on top right you’ll have Print invoice link.

    Also be sure, you have selected the right region on the bottom of the site - because without it you’ll not see your order list.

    I have the right region, i go to my orders but i can not find the order, not from “this year”, and not in “show all orders”...
