Recovery Failed, Error: 3

Ok so I have a 2015 Razer Blade 14" that has served me well throughout this time. Last year about this time I finally leaped from 8.1 to 10. Now the OS is acting a little finicky so I thought it was time for a fresh install. The day I was going to do it it booted into F9 and wouldn't let me pass it. But it just said Recovery Failed Error 3. I bypassed it from continuously booting into that by booting into bios and letting it restart from there, which worked. I then ran sfc, chkdsk, and dism, apparently sfc and chkdsk didn't find anything but dism completed successfully. It's still a little finicky and if I boot to f9 it still gives me recovery Failed. So I've heard I need to create a recovery stick for it but mine is older than 2017. And yes I'm fine with a complete wipe, all of my downloads and backups are on a separate drive. Any fixes are welcome but this is mostly for the recovery image. It never gave me a recovery Failed before the upgrade.
