Refund Issues


Hello,

 

I purchased a Razer Kishi V2 Pro for Android and returned it several weeks ago. Tracking info states that it was returned successfully but, I have not received my money back.

 

I can’t seem to find any formal support service on the Razer website, no live chat, ticketing system, phone number or emails.

 

If anyone has some info on this, it would be appreciated.
