whenever i try to refund this new headset i just bought, it keeps saying the order number is incorrect, and won’t let me submit a refund, even though i verified multiple times the right information was in.

Can you send me a PM with a photo of your order confirmation email so I can attach it to your case? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it
