refunds from razer
how can a refund take up to 45 days?!? my christmas will be ruined if i don’t get it within 2 days (before i can use the £10 promo code given to you when you sign up to the newsletter) because then i will have to spend a lot more money. this is bad for me because my family isn’t doing too good in terms of finance and we must save as much money as possible. i am only 14 and i will genuinely cry if i don’t get this refund soon because it’ll mean nothing for christmas... :(

Refunds should only take up to 18 days, depending on the bank. Please send me your ticket and order number so I can check what's causing the holdup.
