hello, I bought this headset and It is my first time trying to Register new product to get activation code for 7.1 surround sound but it says This product is already registered.
What do I do now?

Hey there,
I understand you are having issue with your Razer BlackShark V2 X, Upon checking the serial number you provided, I've found that the device has already been registered three times, which explains why it's showing as already registered. Could you please send me a PM together with your proof of purchase so I can check its warranty details here on my end? You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Also, I have edited your comment that contains your serial number for security purposes.
