I want to register my BlackWidow Elite keyboard to see if there is an active warranty, but it does not recognize the serial number.
I'm checking the warranty because the volume wheel has a mind of it's own. It's always randomly changing. I looked around and this seems like a common problem. If anyone could help, it would be deeply appreciated.

PM me the serial number of your device so I can check on it from our system. As for your keyboard's volume wheel, have you tried disabling Synapse to check if the issue persists without it in the background? Sometimes build-up dirt or dust underneath its switch can cause this issue. For now, please try using a can of compressed air to clean your keyboard. You can also use this guide as a reference.
