Hi , i register my keyboaard with the wrong purchase date i put 2021 instead of 2025 , and on support  when i type in the s/n is not valid

Also, please send me a screenshot of the error message that you encounter when entering your serial number. You can upload the screenshot to your Google Drive and send me the link.
