Registered My Headset and it Isn't in my Account

Hello! I registered a new headset I just got for Christmas and it didn’t appear in my account’s registered products. When I try to register it again it claims it’s already registered to an account. I have the product ID, serial number, date of purchase, and proof of purchase.
