When registering a product, a notification appeared stating that the product was already registered. The product was only purchased  . Product RZ04-03240100-R3M1

Please note that Razer BlackShark V2 X registration is primarily for warranty purposes. You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging, as indicated here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend contacting the reseller for a refund. Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine.
