Registering unrecognized serial number

Hey there,

I purchased a Razer Kraken V3 X and currently trying to access the  7.1 surround sound capabilities. In registering my product, It says the product number is invalid. I’m noticing here that the code requires more characters but this is my code: RZ04-0375. 

How can I go about activating? thanks in advance
