Hi all, I bought a new Blade 15 as per title in Feb 2020 from the Razer store in Vegas (I am based in the UK though). From new, it has exhibited multiple BSODs quite regularly despite all windows 10 and driver updates being installed. Summary of dump: ================================================== Dump File : 060320-10562-01.dmp Crash Time : 03/06/2020 09:45:00 Bug Check String : Bug Check Code : 0x00000124 Parameter 1 : 00000000`00000000 Parameter 2 : ffffcc0f`2a91e028 Parameter 3 : 00000000`f6000100 Parameter 4 : 00000000`00040150 Caused By Driver : hal.dll Caused By Address : hal.dll+48188 File Description : Product Name : Company : File Version : Processor : x64 Crash Address : ntoskrnl.exe+1c2390 Stack Address 1 : Stack Address 2 : Stack Address 3 : Computer Name : Full Path : C:\\Windows\\Minidump\\060320-10562-01.dmp Processors Count : 12 Major Version : 15 Minor Version : 18362 Dump File Size : 2,914,788 Dump File Time : 03/06/2020 09:46:22 ================================================== Not sure if others have experienced this or what the best way to resolve is. My fear is this is a hardware issue as it has occured from new, rather than a windows 10/other driver issue. Any advice appreciated

The hal.dll and the ntoskrnl.exe are Windows components which would mean that something else drove them into a fault. This is usually a hardware-related error, but there are also a lot of possible software causes. Please collect your System and Application logs from the event viewer, and your dump files from C:\\Windows\\Minidump and upload them on GDrive or Dropbox. PM me a shearable link of those, along with the serial number of your RB15. Let's continue this there.
