Removed key on Steam


I bought a game activation code,Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition & Village Gold Edition,activated it, and it was removed from my Steam account a few hours later, and now I haven't received a refund. Now either give me a new game activation code or give me a refund

I had a same problem as you.I want to ask customer service what happened? Why do you want to recycle the game I purchased? If you recycle it, you haven't sent me an email to notify me, and I haven't received a refund! You give me an explanation! "If you recycle the key, it is equivalent to a transaction that has not been completed and requires a refund or compensation. Otherwise, we will sue you for fraud through legal means."

At least you have received it. I haven't received it at all. The money has been paid, but it has been shown to be processed until today! And you have recycled it and I haven't received any notice! I haven't received any refund.

There is no refund in Razer's QA, but this has constituted fraud! If necessary, I will gather some deceived players to sue together and use legal means to let Razer know the end of the deception!
