So I have the razer kiara pro headset and my neice accidentally broke them, ( it took 20 mins to get her to stop crying and show her I wasn't mad) anyways I want to get them repaired asap, I've contacted support because my serial number won't work for register it online for warranty does anyone have any other suggestion?
