My sister brought one of your ultimate controllers for the xbox one last Christmas for her son and now the wire is not working properly but there is nowhere in this country where she buy a replacement. What kind of company are you to not sell replacement cables outside of the UK? You are quite happy to profit from people buying your controllers outside of the UK but offer no support to them once you have peoples money. I am contacting you on her behalf to get a replacement cable and no I don't expext to pay for it either as you have made it impossible for her to buy a replacement in the UK.
I don't care that the product is not under warranty anymore either. This is a joke.
We will be happy to pay shipping costs but my nephew has a disability and now he can't use his controller all because of your poor service.
Please reply ASAP.
