Replacement dongle for Razer Kraken V3 pro

Just bought a pair of the Razer kraken v3 pro, unfortunately the dongle broke in transit. Is there any way for me to get a replacement dongle?

Also, can I use the haptics on the headset in wired mode in any way?

To answer your question about the haptics: Yes, you absolutely can use the haptics (HyperSense) on your headset in wired mode by using the 3.5mm analog connection. For more details on this, you can check out the Razer Kraken V3 Pro user guide under the "HyperSense Button" section.

 

Regarding your replacement dongle, could you please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase? You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Just make sure the sharing settings for the link are set to "Anyone with the link can view."
