Replacement for my laptop
Hello,
I currently have an ongoing ticket for my mid 2019 Blade 15 that had a bloated battery. After about 5 days going back and forth, the model that is being offered to me has debatably worse specs, a chunkier chassis, less VRAM, and a lower refresh rate screen.
Being a student, I chose the my original model with high end hardware: 240hz FHD, RTX 2080, 9750H in the advanced chassis. I am now being offered a worse, base model as a permanent replacement, getting only one reply a day from the support team.
This is detrimental not only to my grades, but to my part time work. If anyone has any similar experiences or advice, please let me know.
